Relocating to Creech
Whether you are relocating to Northwest Las Vegas and its surrounding communities because you have been assigned to Creech Air Force Base or simply because the desert lifestyle appeals to you and your family, you won't be disappointed with the real estate options in the area. Highlighting all the good things about Nevada and its impeccable desert lifestyle, many of the communities close to Creech have all the amenities that one could ever want or need.
Properties range from estate homes on acreage; or in small gated communities with 5-10 multi-million dollar homes to master planned communities and neighborhoods perfect for first time home buyers.
A 25 minute drive from the most northwest part of Las Vegas at 215&95N, Creech Air Force base is located in the town of Indian Springs. With quite a commute to get there, I would recommend looking at the most North West areas of Las Vegas, such as Providence, Centennial Hills, Iron Mountain Ranch, Spring Mountain Ranch, Aliante, Cheyenne Ridge, Peccole Ranch, The Lakes and Summerlin.
Northwest Las Vegas is where you'll find Centennial Hills and Providence. Both communities offer a reasonable commute to Creech. Centennial Hills is a growing area with a new Centennial Hills Hospital, new library, several gyms, stores and dozens of neighborhoods, from upscale Turtle Rock to starter homes. Providence, a master planned community that takes its inspiration from tradition, brings out the charm of old-fashioned communities with several parks and playgrounds.
Due west of The Strip is the most well known community of Las Vegas - Summerlin. Summerlin is the biggest master planned community in the area with more than 64,000 homes, golf courses, recreational venues, and cultural centers.
The Lakes is a hidden oasis that only the locals know about. Taking its name from the man-made lakes within the community, this area has properties ranging from condos to rare waterfront estates with boat access to the lake.
Whichever community you choose, you won't regret relocating to Las Vegas. |
