The best decision I’ve ever made was choosing Natasha as our agent several years ago. She did a fantastic job selling our old home and I don’t hesitate to refer her to others who are in need for an agent. I was in a situation where we needed to get out of my mom’s house ASAP and Natasha came through for Us AGAIN!!! In under 24 hours we received the dream deal. Nobody else will ever beat her services!!! I will forever be grateful for what she did for us! We were thinking of going with one of those quick sell deals but I contacted Natasha on a whim and boy am I glad. She was able to get us way more than we would have and the process was probably so much easier too!Thank you for all your help and walking me through the mess I got stuck with. You explained everything and went over the contract step by step; never once did your answers change. Natasha and Jay were great. First, Natasha established contact with me at least a year and half before I was ready to list my home and she was diligent in checking in with me from time to time to find out where I was in the process. Once, I made the decision to list, she and Jay handled the transaction expertly. Because I work from home, they were respectful of the constraints involved with selling a home which also functions as an office. I feel with their assistance and that of their entire team that I was able to get offers that were attractive and we were able to get across the finish line and close the sale to the satisfaction of both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Bravo!!

The Cooper-Kattau team has helped us find our dream home. In this difficult housing market it is so important to work with a knowledgeable agent whom you can trust. Natasha was always on time. She spent a lot of time guiding us through choosing the right neighborhood and negotiated with the seller’s agent very skillfully.All the paperwork was done efficiently. Even after the closure Natasha helped with the recommendations for various services. She truly has passion for what she does and excels on all points.Highly recommend!
